"I really wanted to like these, but the scent fell flat"
I was excited to try these candles and thought I’d love them, but the fragrance was disappointing. I could only really smell it if I was standing right next to the candle, and even then it wasn’t very strong. After burning for a while, it also started to have a weird waxy smell that I didn’t enjoy. I kept hoping the scent would build up more, but it never really did. For me, they just weren’t worth it.

I actually really like the scent of this candle — it’s cozy, not too fake, and makes my living room smell nice at first. But then a few hours go by and it’s like… where did it go? I can still kind of smell it if I’m close, but I wish it stayed stronger for longer. It’s still better than a lot of candles I’ve tried, but come on, I just want my room to keep smelling good without having to babysit the candle.

They have a ton of candles and different scents to choose from. I took way longer than I planned, but it felt like they probably knew exactly what they were doing by putting out that many good options lol. Not really a complaint though, I ended up finding one I really liked

The candles are really nice and I’m happy with what I got, but wow, the checkout process felt way slower than it needed to be. The site was a little clunky too, and for a minute I was acting like I’d been trapped there for hours just trying to buy a candle.

"Barely Could Smell the Candle"
I ordered from bridgewatercandles.com thinking this candle might actually make my living room smell nice. Funny idea, apparently. After burning it for hours, the only way I could really pick up the scent was by standing right next to it like I was trying to interview the candle personally.

For the price, I definitely expected more. It looked fine sitting there, so at least it succeeded as decoration, but the fragrance was barely there. Disappointing overall, and I wouldn’t buy it again...

"Solid delivery, just took a sec to ship"
I’ve ordered from them twice now and both times my stuff showed up right when they said it would. Tracking was easy to follow, everything arrived in one piece, so no big issues there.

I’m giving 4 stars because my second order kinda just sat there for a day before it actually shipped, which was a little annoying. But once it got moving, it showed up quick. Overall, they’re reliable.

"i’ve picked up a few Bridgewater..."
i’ve picked up a few Bridgewater candles now, and they’ve all burned really clean for me. no weird tunneling or uneven spots, as long as I remember to trim the wick like they suggest.

they also seem to last longer than I thought they would. I can have one going for a couple hours and it still feels like there’s plenty left, which I definitely appreciate.

My order showed up quickly, and most of it was right, so I’ll give them that. But one of the candle scents wasn’t the one I picked, which was kind of frustrating. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, but it did make me feel a little like my order just got pushed through without anyone really checking it. I might order again, but I’d definitely hope they pay a bit more attention next time

"Arrived fast, even if tracking was a little weird"
I got my candles quickly, just a few days after ordering, so that was nice. The tracking didn’t really update much at first, which had me kind of unsure if it was actually moving, but I guess it was because everything showed up just fine. Overall, I’m happy with it
